Refund Policy
1. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns or offer refunds only in the following cases:

Item is defective or damaged upon arrival

Item received is incorrect (wrong product, size, or design)
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

You must provide photo proof of the issue
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind

Custom or made-to-order items

Minor color variations (screen vs. real-life differences)
3. Refund Process
If your claim is approved:

We will offer either a replacement or a refund

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval
4. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase

After this window, production may already begin and changes may not be possible
5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable

If a return is approved, we will cover shipping only if the error was on our end
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
